Digital Downloads – All Sales Are Final

All of our products are digital downloads. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Consumer Rights – UK Law

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital downloads are exempt from the right to cancel once the download has begun, provided you were made aware of this before purchase. By purchasing from our store, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period.

  • The file appears to be corrupted
